Hello everybody,

next Friday 17.5.14 the servers will be offline starting at 9am, because an upgrade will be installed.
The upgrade will be a recycler that gives you the opportunity to shred old weapons and equipment. As equivalent you receive some ressources and gold.

The official anouncement of Uiqua. It is long so I will just do notes:

If you shred old stuff you will mainly receive ressources and gold.
You have to unlock the recycler at the oracle.
Afterwards you will find a symbol of a sawing blade in your inventory (like the magnifying glass etc).
If you click the sawing blade symbol the item will be shredded after you have submitted the number of items you want to shred.
The shredding-result does vary and is dependant to the quality of the item.
There will be a rare additional drop (elemental fire) that plays a big role concerning the future upgrade with the legendary units.
The better the item that is shredded, the higher the possibility to receive an elemental fire.
The inventory will be structured like before, but also provides a record of your last 200 shredded items.

Regarding the performance of the servers, we came to the conclusion that every player can only shred 100 items simultaneously at maximum, so that the performance isn't damaged. The droprate of the elemental fire is calculated for each item seperately which means it doesn't matter how many you shred at once

Hello, everyone!

As promised a little appetizer.

When we have begun to develop DoE in our free time we never imagined that after such a long time there would still be players from hour 1 who have remained true to DoE.

For you especially we have come up with the 4 legendary units as a new long time motivation.

Along with those legendary units the new update will contain a little revised version of guilds. In the future, players that belong to a guild will have advantages as a singleplayer as well. In conclusion belonging to a guild now makes more sense than before.

At the latest in 2 weeks the update will be released.

We wish all players a wonderful week end and a nice time watching soccer.
