Thank you for posting, GENDY, as a Counselor in a Guild, I guess you don't have time to donate to help new guys in the game, being a Leader or Counselor in a Guild probably keeps you busy.

Thank you for posting and for helping me in the Game when I was new.





I will post as I like, especially in This and That, the off topic pages.

I really feel the Administrators or Global moderators should ban me from the Forum to keep me from voicing my displeasure with their decisions and upgrades.

Guys, If I am banned from the Forum, please answer questions from new guys in the Game.

If I am banned from the Game, please help new Guys in the Game.

THere's no question that "most" of us will, as we have in the past, help any new person who we find.


My point was to your question of "what does it take to get you guys....":

I know, I missed a few guys, but so few of the guys in the Game come here.

Why do so many pages have just a couple of posts and why don't more guys from the Game come here and post something?

It is as quiet here as it is in the game.

How can we generate enough interest to get guys to post here?

This would be my guess, based on what I know of gamers:

For most people it's a matter of priorities. They have a certain amount of time to devote to DoE. They devote it to the game because that's what gives them pleasure. The forums are going to be where they go when they need information or help. If they have a bit of spare time, they'll cruise through and share some knowledge.

So trying to attract people to post is probably not that easy. They're here to play, not talk.

There's also the problem of watering down the forum content. Most people don't want to read through lots and lots of extraneous stuff to get to what they need, so it's important that when people post they try to keep it in the right categories and only post once. Otherwise people with limited time get overwhelmed and confused and just give up.

So... It either needs to be pertinent content that they haven't seen before that will help them in the game, a question/problem, or something funny/thought-provoking in This and That that people might take an extra minute or two to think about and answer.

But don't expect miracles, and remember that there are all sorts of players who play for various reasons.

To be honest with you..please keep your posts to "Are you new to the game" forums. Honestly you make it really hard to read the forums when you keep spamming every topic with your "We are pirates and we want to save the game posts"!

This is coming from a friend and I mean no disrespect but lets be real here! Quit spamming the message boards and keep it contained to your threads!
