Question about login portals and Souls

Postby Akadria » Sat 24. Aug 2013, 16:21

So I made my account through the moonID site and log in from there, and on the 'Soul dealer' page I see options to convert mooncoins into souls.

But if I had a 'normal' account or logged in through Bigpoint (any more possibilities?), then what would I see in the Soul dealer page?

I guess I can't and wouldn't want to create a new account, but I'm wondering if the other possibilities besides moonID would be more convenient. I don't like that I have to buy mooncoins first and then convert them to souls, because the given options never match and I'd always have a bunch of mooncoins left over, so it's wasted money. (I don't like any of the other moonID games so I won't spend the coins there.)

Hello Akadria,

when playing via MoonID or for e.g. via BigPoint (haha funny, i know!) we have to use their payment systems. If you play over our normal registration site we give you several other options to buy souls.

I suppose there's no way to convert my moonID account to a normal one?

No sorry, there is no way for that because of our agreement with MoonID. The only possibility would be to creat a new account via our homepage...

But would we not be in violation of the one account one IP address per server, if we made a "regular" account ( Provided of course one was to keep their MoonID or Bigpoint account active)?

Hmmmmm

Of course it'd be a violation. We're talking about abandoning one's current account to make a new one.
