Bigpoint log in problem

Hi i can't log in using bigpoint.I tried about an hour ago and i was redirected to s4.daysofevil.com but nothing appeared on screen,now when i try to log in i get a message with:

Is it just a temporary error or i lost my account? o_O

we are sorry to say that at the moment players which come via the BigPoint portal have problems to log in due to technical problems.

BigPoint is already at work to fix that problem. We give you feedback as soon as possible.

Maybe it is possible to change the Bigpoint account to a "normal" account?

It seams xobos4ever and ionut675 have the same problem.

Deffinetly it would help a lot if we could switch from bigpoint to official site to log if there is a way to do it,we already are a week behind the people we played with,also i guess a part of players who don't know the forum adress already quit DoE...

we are in negotiation with BigPoint to switch those BigPoint accounts to normal accounts. This would be the best solution to everyone. We are waiting for BigPoint's answer.

This is something that you probably should start with... after exchanging few emails with BigPoint I must admit, that luckly it is not often that you are confronted with such "customer experience" those times... but they are keeping good old fashioned "ministry of strange walks" approach.

Cheers to other non-loging players, especialy for those with paid-in-front premium services, that are being wasted - like me....

Big mistake to create my acount from the bp portal its seems ...
hope it will be fixed soonmbecouse my patience is close to reach his limits..
