Hello everyone,

I already wrote it yesterday but it seems that my post went down so that some players didn't see it.

BigPoint is setting up some technical steps to Days of Evil. Because of that players which come from BigPoint aren't able to log in at the moment. It was told to us yesterday that this will occure only for one hour but it still persists -.-

We are in contact with BigPoint all the time and make pressure to fix this. Please be patient with us because in this case we are powerless about that.

Actually, this does bring up a point...

Many of us come in through an outside vendor ( big Point, MoonId).

What happens in the event that a total failure occurs, or the through point decides to drop DoE?

Have tried coming in thru the DoE page, but ofcourse, logins do not work.

BigPoint told us 10 minutes ago that they won't fix it until monday because nobody works there on weekend -.-

We tried to find a quick solution but it isn't in our hands. We feel deeply sorry for that!

If a failure occures the DoE-team will fix it as soon as possible. If the problem comes from the portal itself, we have to give it to the portal owner for sure. But I can say that in absolutely no portal DoE will be dropped for no reason.

Hmm,that is bad will we get a compensation or something for not being able to log while other players can enjoy their time?

Only a pirate would do something as unfair as that.

I just meant maybe we can get our old daily roullete login back to 30,little fun from starting with day 1 because bigpoint messed something around there.

This one is not fair as only Souls will get the logons back - get the POINT bigpoint
