ferocity not resetting

So my Ferocity is at 0 -
Go to use souls to recharge...

SAYS:



Your ferocity is not yet at 0.


Can not Battle:
Your army is too low on ferocity.

What the heck?


please fix.

Uiqua has been notified via Skype. The restoring works fine with the sacrifice from the Oracle, though.
