Bigpoint - can't login

I can't login in DoE via bigpoint.com or de.bigpoint.com

DoE needs to add a performance clause with Bugpoint and MoonedID that if a player can't login into DoE for more than (say 6 hours one time or 3 times over the course of a year for any length of time) that DoE reserves the right to transfer the player's account to a direct account with DoE.
