No tickets after dungeon

Dungeon results, no tickets. Finished today, initiated yesterday after the update

I did a dungeon raid after the update was installed and this morning I found out that I did not get any tickets in result. What gives? The raid was both initiated and finished AFTER the update was installed. I finished the 8th regular dungeon (Forgotten Mountains). Anyone else faced this today?

So it's not just me, seems like a collective bug. Thank you for your reply. Another dungeon raid is sent. Hope this doesn't persist.

Hi everyone,

there was a bug about the droprate of the tickets. We fixed it now so everyone is able to loot now the tickets.
