Are the Russian and Brazilian Server Abandoned

I want the Brazil Server to get the Upgrade and have Fortresses.

It would be nice if the Russian Server would work.

Hello there,

Since you had no answers whatsoever I should provide you with one. You have to keep in mind that the German, English and French servers are, to DoE's staff, a priority and that they basically upgrade the other two when they can, which incidentally is not often (which also happens to be a shame). I'm sure Uiqua and his mates will be working on these soon.

Hello everyone,

the Brazil and Russian servers won't receive any future updates anymore. Because those two servers do not perform well, so we decided that we let those servers open but won't develop them any longer.
