Soul - pending

Hi,
I've bought souls before and never had this happen.. Paid for 300 souls about 2 days ago and still haven't received them while the money has been taken from my account and the transaction is listed as pending. I've sent an email to support and haven't recieved an answer yet, which is starting to bother me...
Help would be greatly appreciated since I already missed out on a couple of opportunities to spend souls on :/
