The Fortress Upgrade

The actual update for the English server next Friday.

So that the server will be lowered from 12.00 up to 14 hours

If you go to pages 3 and 4 in this Thread, information about the Upgrade is there.

You get to build and expand a Fortress.

Make new Buildings and Train an Army of Assassins which use the same Equipment your own Army and the Guild Army uses.





All we have found out so far

Hello everybody,

We had the resolution to give you more insight in upcoming upgrades - and we do

that now.

We have planned to release this update next month at latest on the German

servers. The French and English versions will be released about a month later.

(notice they mention the FR server first? Grrrr)

But now to the content:

Your Fortresses will be expandable - and not without reason! Because the

fortresses of other players can be attacked by you from now on. But don"t worry:

Nobody will lose anything. In stead, you will take on this effort to obtain

several Elementals and other precious things.

You attack the opposing fortresses with a "Meuchelheer" (treacherous, sneaky

army?), which functions completely independent, and does not influence your main

army. Special meuchel-units can be trained for your meuchel-army, which are

included in the update.

The update refers to your own Fortress, the one you go for Competitions / Oracle a.s.o.
The update will we installed on the DE servers sometime next month and it'll come to EN and FR servers one month later (mid to end of June).
There's going to be a second army, used to siege other player's fortress or to defend yours from attacks. There's word of some traps in your fortress to make it even more difficult to be conquered. This second army will require some special units to be implemented together with the update.

Hawk's Guild was created as a Guild for new guys to the Game to join.

The Level restrictions added in an upgrade destroyed the ability for new guys to join our Guild.

I am hoping this new upgrade will not bring something just as horrible into our game.

Those new units of the second army, do they use the same kind of equipement like normal units ? Or they have their own equipement ?

There is a new unit for inside your Fortress I believe. The Imp Soldier in storm's post above.

This isn't what i asked. That said, i doubt what i asked was said in the teaser. :/ so probably a loss of time to ask this soo early.

I used google translate on "Zusatzausrüstung" which is the words on the right of Strom Screenshot (the imp solder). It mean "additional Equipment" So that mean that right panel is used for equipment. Now what i asked is if the second army will use it's own set of equipement (who would be implanted with the update/new units) or if they use the same equipement than is currently available to us.

However, the right panel is one huge panel instead of 4 separated panels like our usual units to equip weap/armor/jewel/extra.

So i'm kinda thinking,
A) maybe we can only equip 1 item on them at time /
B) being only a teaser pic, it's not the final product so panel will be changed when the update is out /
C) Will be used to list name of equipement name or let's bet crazy and say (new) research done to make the second army stronger x) /
D) others ...
