So we now credited the 10 souls for those playes again on EN and FR. The problem is also fixed now

comment faire pour ceux qui ont mis 10 âmes pour ne pas perdre leur suite.. parce que ce n'est pas la première fois qu'il y a ce genre de soucis .. ça serait sympa de régler ça , et de renvoyer les âmes a tout les joueurs .. merci..

mY GF still gave the same problem, she pay tomorrow to have the full login bonus, but she have to spent 10 souls and she would be happy to have them back (sylmiam).
I think she's not the only one who has this problem

What should be done for those who spent 10 souls in order not to lose their log-in count? This is not the first time this kind of error occurs. It would be nice if it could be fixed and the souls be credited to all the players (who used souls to restore their log-in count). Thanks!
