Dungeons, bosses oracle statuses not changing

When you click on the Dungeon or Boss banner to pick which one you want to have your Army perform, there is usually a listing that will give you a clue as to whether your Army will be successful or not by stating that the "Oracle" states, in colored text (red or green) whether your chances are good that you'll succeed. The Dungeon and Boss "Oracle" statements haven't changed. Do I have to reach a certain level for it to change or is it affected by the number of honor points or overall points that I have? Thanks.

it is affected by your army power.

It'll tell you when the colors change according to your army + mech stats added together.
