I have exactly the same problem.....
Chapter I - Quest 4: Growing pains

Produce 100 stones, 100 water, 100 wood, 100 fish!

Progress: 2000/100 stones, 100/100 water, 0/100 wood, 0/100 fish


Overview Raw materials Supplies Handicrafts Mech components Equipment for army


Distillery 1 small - No tasks
Farm 1 small - No tasks
Quarry 1 small - No tasks
Well 1 small - No tasks

It is not possible to produce some wood or fishes because no buildings(ships) for....
And in our levels, it is not possible to build them, buildings(ships)

When I was level 5 I had all the buildings I needed. So you're missing the woodcutter and the fisherman's shack. You should have them.

After the early tasks: Produce beer and trade it. Somewhere after this the buildings that are broken should all be repaired and usable.
The buidlings you should have at level 5 are Distillery, farm, quarry, well, fisher and woodcutter.

So I don't know what is wrong other than it is a bug or you have done something differntly than me?? But the last option shouldn't really be, because you can barely do anything.
Maybe try a different browser (if you're desperate), but it sounds like a bug to me, because I had the buildings back then.

Have you tried building a Woodcutter's hut and a Fisherman's Shack?

I can't remember if they come as part of the initial package, or if you have to build them.

YOu say you _can't_ build them? That may be part of the new structure which came in last year,

Yes, PhoenixSix, you are not allowed, at your level, to build buildings. You can however, grow in points and make it to the next level by going on Raids, vising Dungeons and producing goods (the ones that you can produce). All these actions give you points which in turn help you level up. You are not supposed to finish all story quests from level 1.
Remember, the key word for this game is "patience". Learn it and you'll have fun here, otherwise it'll get very frustrating.

But st0rm, I had the buildings when I was his level (5) on german server 2.

I've made a screenshot back then, so I attached it to this post.

Clearly it is a bug.

Kagen, how long ago was that?

A recent update changed some of that.
Like, you can't join a guild until you reach level 10....

And the update won't let you build buildings.

It was a BIG discussion here. Let me look to see if I can find out when that came in.



AH. That upgrade was in February, 2014.. when they set levels that you can start building...

More buildings unlocks at level 7.

Level up to 7, and see if you can build them.
They did change things according the levels with the update.
