It's happening in every 2 days that i get the message that some error happened. In these days i ask myself why the hell did i play trough a portal :(

Last year I think Bigpoint upgraded or something and it kicked everyone off, this year it looks like an intermittent problem, but like the mess on youtube, yahoo, google, and facebook, it probably is from upgrading, adding apps, and adding enhancements you don't want and don't need.


Hotmail is the perfect example of progress screwing stuff up.

Microsoft took something you could use, moved it to Live.com then switched it to Outlook to build something that is almost impossible to load with so may added features it doesn't hardly work at all on my machine.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

100% true. if i log on some sites, like bigpoint, every time i get the message that my browser is old, i should upgrade. Why? It works, if i upgrade i KNOW that it's gonna crash every 2-3 days. So nope.

I am praying that Bigpoint's problem gets fixed.

I still miss my Friends from last year that crashed.

Some of them started new accounts and a few of them were able to log back on eventually, but it is horrid.

Being locked out of an account you have Leveled up a Character on and spent many hours building up Buildings and an Army and gathering stuff is such a nightmare.

I couldn't really blame the guys for not wanting to start over.

we are sorry to say that the BigPoint login problem occures again. Because we don't have direct access to their gaming portal, we can't help directly.

But we already reported that problem to BigPoint and we post in this thread their feedback as soon as we get it!

Sorry, this we can't do because we have a contract with BigPoint and this would be against their terms of business.

Uiqua said on german server that BP implemented a new upgrade. That was the cause of the problems.

We still have a problem with Bigpoint.

" I can play if i can log in once, cause then i can use my closed windows to come back. This whole thing mess up my schedule, the problem games when i finish my dungeon or production line and i can"t log in, losing time "


Sounds like a translation problem.

When the game has to do math for their competition of a Building production or a Dungeon payment, for some reason they are kicked out and have to log back in.

They shouldn't have to log in at that point, they should be on the next screen in which if they were on a Dungeon the Game is telling them they have returned from the Dungeon and telling them what their Army found or if a building production has been completed - Adding their production from their building to their inventory.


the problem is not at our end, clear your cache, upgrade your browser


I think Bigpoint considers the problem fixed and sends out a message something like this. Perhaps until the next Bigpoint upgrade, if the coding of the Bigpoint pages does not work well with your current browser, you are stuck with trying to work around their bugs.
