Not to mention selfish bastards and complete idiots. I think that those two kind of competitors will ruin it, as always. I'm all for this idea. In fact I tried to convince everyone to follow same rule during first competinion - it failed.

Demi, to honest - usually it was some member of your guild that ruinded that approach. If you, as a guild, can guarantee this - I think we will be able to convince our guild members. But I think we, guildleaders, should agree to throw out of the guild everyone that will violate this '10-pieces of stuff' rule. If we will agree to this, ofcourse.

If some 'freelancer' will not follow - there is little we can do.

Build lots and lots of the Items in case the Agreement is broken and guys dump lots and lots of the item, if you want to compete even if the Agreement crashes. Kind of getting married with the idea, if this doesn't work out, we can get divorced.
