Production Glitch

I just made a person for this game and I am trying to do a task that is given to me. the task is to make 100 stone, water, fish, and wood. So I go to production place and there is no thing to make wood or fish. I read a topic that said it was fix but I can not make any building. I have no button to make any building. how I do I fix this?

I am level 5 and I do not have any of these buttons in the picture.

Hopefully if you leave the game and come back your browser will reset and it will work.

If it won't it is should be reported as a bug.

The other thing you can do is send your army on raids and sell some stuff until you go up another level. Hopefully the buttons will magically appear when you level.
