What were the "words"...?

DId is say ".. from a glorious victory to a bitter defeat" or did it say "The place poses no threat to your army"?
If it was the former, then yeah there is a 80% chance you will lose.

There are three different shades of green....

Updated info on heroic dungeons ... the numbers from the German server do not seem to apply here. :(

110k, secon heroic is dark green, but third is orange. Another bug?

That would seem about right. Just because H2 is Dark Green, H3 may still be a ways off... :)

Maybe. But I hope it is bug as it is geting harder to get more, as almost all "weak" troops are being retrained to tots ;)
