We all know it's bigpoints problem, the issue starts with them.

Hypothetically speaking...if it's not "Bigpoints problem" technically DoE admins can do whatever they need to fix this problem, right?

not exacly.its a contract betwen days of evil and bp.
and everithing depends on that contract.
lets hope that monday we will be able to play.

like we do since over a month...
if bigpoint do not care for us than waiting for their approval to let us play seems to be waste of time. why should they authorize such move? they will do nothing. and since doe team decided to do nothing without this authorization then all I do hope to finally get is refund. especialy as it is documented (here in this forum and in emails from doe team) that doe feels at least ethicaly responsible for refunding real funds spent on souls.

Really annoying situation... I am still hoping that we get our guild members back into the game soon...

@Uiqua:
Isn't there a possibility to clone the accounts to new names without breaking the contract with BP? I mean, their account still would exist then...

Yeah,that would be great Warlock.Personally i would be happy to know if we will be able to play again ever if not at least we won't get everyday here on forum watching if there is any movements forward repairing the bug.

Hello everyone,

it will definitely be possible for you BigPoint players to play again!

We wrote to several BigPoint staff members but no answer yet. This is the first time I ever experienced something like that.

So I can only say that we need a little bit more patience. I am sorry to say that.
