bigpoint.com is down! Not just the portal for DoE but the whole Bigpoint site. I would like to congratulate Bigpoint on their clever way of not having to fix the portal login problem - just crash their own main server - ROTFLMAO   :o

Website Name:
bigpoint.com URL Checked:
no response
~1 hour 31 mins DOWN
Bigpoint.com is DOWN for everyone.
It is not just you. The server is not responding...

Update:
The Bigpoint server is now up but the DoE portal is still broken.

Hello everyone!

We already informed BigPoint last week about that persisting problem. But unfortunately last week we had a game exhibition here in germany, gamescom, which is the biggest one in germay (europe?) and half of the BigPoint employees went there. This is not an apology, just an explanation.

We keep on spamming and getting on their nerves! I know it is hard for you all - if I'd be in your position I would feel the same kind of anger...

It should work until middle or end of this week. We do everything we can. But it doesn't lay in our hands....

Cheers,

Could DoE's team add new mob for us (after we will be able to login somehow :? ) - BigPoint troll or something...

Another question, could we assume that if BigPoint won't make it's decision till end of week than you will let us login as "normal" players? Honestly I don't care to be normal, but it seems to be a only way to get through...

When it's not fixed by Friday evening, will you be able to change the login method right away? Or does Bigpoint have to give you additional information before you can do that?

Just thinking about what bigpoint will offer as an excuse today:
- A pack of wild dogs ate our computers.
- We only care about games developed at bigpoint.
- We only fix bugs on the 32nd day of each month.
- Programmers are too busy downloading porn.
- Summer break is over, most employees are now back in highschool.
- And the good old standby: It's not a bug - it's a feature!

BigPoint won't fix nothing - I think we all know that for at least a week. Questiion is - will DoE team decide to take an action or will leave us. That is why I've been asking if there is a deadline to this "negotiation" and decision to actualy do someting by DoE team. If not - we are screwed..

Hello everybody,

@merciless

Quite some good explanations!

Well, we send many e-mails this week but neither our contact person nor its substitute answered -.-

I just can say that we won't rest until we found a solution for this - a soultion which fits for anyone of you!

Greetings,
