BIGPOINT CUTS OFF EARLY

i HAVE THREE GUILDMATES who appear not to have gotten any response from Uiqua about the change over.

NOW, they can not log in, through bigpoint or DOE.


WHat is going on?

The guildmates are Merciless, Chief, and Barador...

THEY HAD ALL SENT in-game notices but have never received any confirmations back....


NOW they can not log in at all...

The big problem is that none of DOE Management seems to care about this game and never talks to us.

Maybe they could find someone to speak for them.

this really is an ugly situation.

Yeah support is a bit... inexistant so to say. I've been battling to retrieve logs for French server players myself for about a month, too...
