moonid cannot be reached

Any info from devs regarding what's happening? Would be a goddamn shame to lose the opportunity to enter DoE on the weekends. Moonid is getting far too unstable.

P.S.: wrote Uiqua a letter regarding the transition from moonid to regular DoE accounts for my characters. Still no reply :/

Maybe the DOE players are too much, and server wants to clean some space for new players.

Moonid is unstable. Please transfer my account to direct login, Unique.

unfortunately we can not do anything at the moment, because we have no direct influence on the MoonID servers.

However, we have already sent out an email to MoonID and are still waiting for an answer.

Alright, thank you. I will send my request for transfer to that e-mail. Thank you for notifying us. I believe that moonid has been dead or almost that for years now, and now it's finally crumbling down.
