Yes they are. I was able to see the videos even with the previous provider while I was in Switzerland.
It seems there are no videos to be seen for my current location. I'll just have to wait and see.

which means the provider does not have any videos linked to your location (country).

If you use Noscript you have to deactivate that one too, I guess that there are issues with others add-ons which block scripts, ad-bolck is just the most popular

I noticed another problem - sometimes, after 10 refreshes, when the reward video is finally playing, after it's finished, I receive a message (within the reward videos page) that i should be getting a reward, but then - i don't. Happened to me 3 times today already when i was trying to get some map fragments - video watched, but no reward received.

I know, but it does not help. I receive the reward either instantly or never. So i can watch a video, wait an hour, and get no reward. Which is really frustrating, since this it sometimes takes an hour for the video to even load.

Errr.

First of all, kick out any other browser other than Firefox or Chrome. Don't expect these videos to work properly on another browser, it won't happen. Also, their working is very easily impaired by any other add-on - AdBlock of course, but also anything that might modify your browser's operations. Then, I'm from France (no? really?) and it works fine here - playing on Chrome, AdBlock deactivated on the game's domain. Although sometimes it is true that the reward never drops.
