Game walkthrough?

Ok my question for the veteran players out there for today.
Has anyone taken the time to write a game walkthrough for Days of Evil yet? It would be great if someone has "won" already but anything would help. I think this is a great game and full of potential, I just hate to keep making mistakes and learning the hard way.

For the beginning there is the online help for general guidelines. For the few extra tips and tricks, I think one can find them by logging in to this board. I am not sure there is a walkthrough as different players might approach this game differently but I do agree with you that a newer, better version of the online help should be written. I might start doing that myself with anyone's help from this game.

Personally, I am not a fan of walkthroughs. Yes you are going to make mistakes, but that is part of the process. I for one am glad that you don't have to start a new army when they fail a dungeon.

Maybe a walkthrough was the wrong choice of words. I currently have a small temple building which took me a long time to make and get all the goods. Now it is useless because I do not make most of the other items needed to create the healing elixirs.
It would be nice to have a "tech" tree might be a better choice showing ok, build this first then that and then this other thing. I agree with you that when people sit down and read "walkthroughs" page by page before even installing the game, they miss out on the joys of playing the game.

Ok guys, done with story chapter 1, stuck in the ??middle of story chapter 2. I thought I might take a run at making my own game walkthrough for the newer players, have lots of free time now I am stuck.
Anyways, here is my problem I need help with.
Does anyone have a ground 0, never been touched or played list of beginning buildings, beginning gold, starting # of imps, starting # and type of units in the army list lying around somewhere they can post here so I can get started???

Hmmmm - You just update that? - I mean, I don' tremember seeing it, and you and I had continued the thread after what I thought was your initial post ( Chapters 8 and 9, I thought...)
