What is the role of the Imp Driver? Is it only "5% reduction in production time for all buildings" or are there any other benefits as well?

Are your imps lacking proper work ethic, but you're too busy to keep making a proper example of these wastrels? Hire an imp driver and your problems will be over. He'll have no trouble eking every last ounce of effort out of them, by any means necessary.

For how many months do you want to hire the imp driver?

... I am guessing that is all it is for now any ways ....

I was thinking / hoping it would be something like creating a work pattern for the imps and the imp driver would put them back to work once they finish the assigned task without you needing to manually put them to work.
Probably the concept is still in development as the game progresses.
