NO DAILY

WEll, looks like the Daily log ins on the German server are behind by two days now, Also on their slayer of evil game it is behind.,

It is becoming evident that the admins/developers/owners of these games could care less about their customers.

ANyone have better addresses for people who run this?

The daily login roulette is not working for EN server either. Also, MoonID is giving the old "unhandled exception error" again.
I will contact Uiqua via Skype.

Hello everybody,

first of all, we want to tell you that we are very sorry about what happened yesterday!

Due to server defects, our provider has yesterday personally exchanged hardware on our servers without informing us. So yesterday we had no opportunity to intervene.

This morning we first had to do cause research, what all happened and have also told the provider quite clearly that such a behaviour is not possible.

But now the child has fallen into the well and we can understand your displeasure all too well.

Today, we will raise bloodlust and login roulette for all of you throughout the day. In addition, each of you receives 30 souls as compensation.

The different servers should now all be accessible again.

I truly can understand that your unhappy about the situation that happened yesterday. But it is no solution to spam the English and German forum with several threads. With this behaviour it takes even more time to solve the problem because we have to delete all the double postings. So please stop this in the future.

This would explain the "unhandled exception error" given by MoonID both on EN and DE1 servers. Direct login to DoE EN server worked without a glitch the whole day yesterday.

Hello everybody,

Unfortunately, we can not change the time for the weekly quests because they are completely automatic.

Since MoonID does not react to us and we have to make changes there, so that the MoonID players can log in on their portal, we will now convert the MoonID accounts to normal accounts. Therefore, please send an email to support@daysofevil.com, so we can send new login details.

now we have restored your blood lust and your login series.

You will also find a link on the black board inside the game. If you click on this link, you will receive 30 souls from us as compensation.

As of the the server reset from October 15 to Oct 16 -

There is no daily Login. English, German, and other games.

Last login bonus - 13.10.2018 - 10 Spherical die

Also Weekly Quests event did not reset. Only the time count changed but the completed stages are still there from the previous event.
