What does it mean ? What it is for?
In Army i don't have Somnasphore.

It is an avatar. Basically it is just a picture that you can use for your character in the game. It can be viewed and changed under settings. You can also upload your own picture, if you have premium.

I stand corrected if the OP actually means Somnamphore and not Somnasphore. The typo threw me off . The OP appears to have the necessary three items to purchase the Somnamphore Epic unit with 12,000 tickets.

The Somnanphore is a epic unit you can had with tickets during event like Winter event.
I don't know if you buy it recently.

I don't remember getting this message but if I did it was a long time ago.
Somnamphore is an epic unit you can buy for tickets during ticket events. There are two requirements: 1. the player should be at least level 5; 2. You have 12000 tickets in your inventory.
It might be that you now fulfill both requirements and you could purchase this epic unit.

It's a rare avatar. You can get 2 of those randomly from raids – one male and one female. I don't think it has anything to do with the epic unit, though.

Yes, but the one that OP found is the avatar. The units is bought for tickets during events
