Very MAD

Was unable to log in from Noon (Eastern daylight time, US) to after 6pm

Server would not connect. Neither the German of the ENglish.

On the German Server it is Direct to daysofevil.com and on the English it is through Moonid.
AND - when I ws able to log in There was no Dailey BONUS login - AND then I looked and see I am missing my
Oct 22 AND OCT 23 logins... NOT HAPPY......
I want my logins please....




I have no idea what happened on PHASE 2 - because when I was finally able to log in, PHASE 3 was underway.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? Did anyone get anything for PHASE 2

Same here, I could not log either through MoonID or directly. Both German and English servers were down.
Because of it, I lost (the time) 2 WB fights and I see some other players gained 3 in the same time interval. That is odd, indeed.

Hello everyone,

we are sorry for this server down. Yesterday there had to be made an update on one of the servers and while the update process was running a hard disk got defect so it had to be substituted. Afterwards the update had to be made manually. This took a very long time so the message that the server works again received us in the middle of the night.

Some of the data from phase 2 isn't correct. Because of this we will credit all players that have taken part on the world event some extra glory at the end. Else there would be even more chaos then we already have at the moment.

thanks for the answer.... I appreciate all the hard work.

I notice My # of logins are incorrect, after this Down tome...

At 3:00 hours, US Eastern time, the Bonus Roulette login screen came up for both the English and German servers.

On the English Server, I had to pay 10 souls to keep the login streak at 1376 ( which should have been 1377 )
I have been very active during the last week, so there is no way I missed logging in.


oN THE GERMAN SERVER, there was no cost of souls, but the count there too, is short by a day.

Glad everything was finally solved. I was about to finish one of my minions fights and start another when everything went into flames. :D So yeah, the server issues put everyone off and some of the data is incorrect, but lets move on. It is the first of its kind of event so there's bound to be some issues.

About the login days, are we getting reimbursed because I had to spent 10 souls to recover them back.

I would also like to have my 10 souls compensated for the daily roll reset. Player name: Zarathos on the English server and Wurst on the German server (I think).

Same happened to me .. I am kind of new player so can't afford to lose the souls to recover the logins I had lost due to the server problem

Hi everyone,

we restored your login series right at the moment. We now manually check who has spend 10 souls to restore the series and credit the souls back. This can take some time but will be finished during this day.

Those players which have spent the 10 souls to restore their series got 10 souls credited from us again.
