Portal raid/territory attack completion delay

The moment a portal raid or a territory attack finishes does not get registered automatically. One needs to actually enter the 'Challenges' page and check the status. It actually gets registered at that moment, not when a raid/attack actually ends. Example on the picture 1:

The attack was sent at 14:56. Theoretically it should've ended at 17:56, no time reduction, 3 hours exactly. Yet the pscreen shows that it didn't. It ended at 18:05, meaning in 3 hours and 9 minutes. Most probably it happened when Gortok checked the 'Challenges' list, and that was the moment when it registered.

The loot is there to prove it. The attack should have been ended BEFORE 18:00, meaning we should've had the loot from the metal territory we were taking over. But we didn't get anything:

Meaning the attack ended in more than 3 hours after its commencement. I am sure I have seen the same oddity in time stamps in respect of portal raids.

Please look into this, it is odd and can actually cause inconvenience.
