Everytime I go to buy Souls I find that the content is in German even though I am on English as I do no understand German I am unwilling to purchase any Souls as I am not sure what I am signing up for

Well, this sounds weird, but I can recollect it happened on the French server as well. I couldn't do any better than advise you to contact the dev team directly through provided links in-game.

Are you directly signing in to the game via DOE servers or are you using a game portal (e.g. MoonID, BigPoint, etc.)?
Which page is in German? The one that opens when you click on "Soul Dealer"? I have a friend who plays here on the EN server and asked her to check it out. The "Soul Dealer" page is in English. She did not click on "Buy" though. Is the next page in German?
Please check the attachment for the page you should see if you sign in directly to DOE servers.

are you able to switch the language on the top right corner by clicking on the flag?

And did you already contact the Paymentwall Support?
