I am a new player I will admit, I cannot figure out how to build a fishery. Please help this newbie.

Hi there and welcome to this fantastic game!
Click on Production -> Build New Building -> Raw Materials -> Fisherman's Shack (Construct Buildings)

I click production but theres no new building, just the stuff to get water, stone ect. Is there something else I need or more of something? The quest Im on says to produce fish and wood but I cant

At the top of the production page, just under the Production icon, says: Build New Building. From there, follow the instructions in my other post.

Whenever you want to produce something, click on Commission button, assign imps to that building, type in the desired amount to be produced and click on Produce.

You need a specific level to build buildings.

I don't know your level, but if you are level 5, then you can't build those buildings.
And then this is a bug, but the only way to solve this without Uiqua is to level up to level 7 I think it was.
Just produce like mad, so you'll gain the points and do raids.

So please try to level up, because right now the admins are on sick leave, as far as I know.
