I would guess the Lightbringer was equipment for the Army.

NOW.. once you research the item... THEN, it will cost you:
lightbringer jeweler
5 precious stone
2 cut gem
15000 jewelry
1500 Weapons-grade steel
1 Machloryn
625000 gold
to make in the Jeweler this item.
total cost: 556056,50
yep.... starts getting expensive... sorry....
