On the guild "territory map" - there is a bunch of red "x"'s-

Is there a way to be able to see who holds that territory and what it produces?

Well,all the territories are held by Watchmen Guild.

Teritory I - Eternite Stone
Teritory II - Gold,Precious Stones,Cut Gems
Teritory III - Spherical Dice
Teritory IV - Jewelry,Sculptures,Stone Plaques,Statues,Jugs,Bowls
Teritory V - Fish,Crabs,Goats,Steers
Teritory VI - Copper,Bronze,Steel,Weapons Grade Steel
Teritory VII - Water,Stones,Wood
Teritory VIII- Fire Cyclons

Java and Javascript are two different things. You must look into your browser settings if Javascript is enabled.
