I noticed that there is no info on the Jeweler's SHop in the online help.


Interesting......


It is easy enough to see, if you go to build a building, and you can find most of the things a JS can build in the "products" section, but, it would be nice to have it as a description, like the other buildings.

There isn't because the JS was added only recently, way after the online help was written. I am sure a newer version is already in the works, though.
