Guild System Messages acting up

Hi,

I noticed the guild system message doesn't seem to work right. There is no system message letting you know the outcome of a territorial fight (attack or defense) - sometimes the messages are shown, most of the times they are not.
Additionally, on the DE server there is a system message generated for every hour a guild holds a territory letting you know how many honor and guild points one gets from that / those territories.
