Unable to start Fortress fight

I encountered something weird. I was trying to do a Fortress battle today, something 10th one today, and suddenly, when i was trying to start another one, i got the following message: "Your army is too low on morale". My morale was 90% when this occurred. I raised it to 100%, but that didn't help either.
Please help me

Ok, actually i ran out of dried fish, and i only looked at my regular army, not assassination one. So issue solved, i'm stupid
