BIGPOINT - HAVE YOU NOT UPDATED?

sO I have two guildmates who say that they are locked out, and cannot log into DOE....


They said they have not received a confirmation email back from you.


What should I tell them?

Do you have a contact with them out of the game ? If so can they mail me at daysofevil.fr@gmail.com and provide me with their player name, a valid email address, and the password they'd like to have implemented ? Uiqua should send then work his magic.

In theory, they have already done this....

It would be for ingame names, Merciless and Chief


I think we can contact Merciless, but not sure about Chief...

Again, they sent their info at least a month ago...

Sorry, but we are now also infected by the BigPoint problem. Unfortunately this means that we need 2-3 days longer to switch all accounts :cry:

Can you post a list of those who have sent a request for the BigPoint transfer?

Just th enames, so we can check our guilds to make sure people are signed up.


There are probably some, who, when told that the final day was October 15, may not have sent thinking they had time.
