we just have installed so-called "Rewarded Videos" on the server. This means:

In the future, each of you can watch 4 short videos every 12 hours to get a reward.

1. Video: Gold
The amount of gold depends on your player level.

2. Video: Souls
Each player receives 1 soul regardless of the level.

3. Video: raw materials / card fragment
In the morning you get a raw material and in the afternoon a card fragment. The selection of map fragments and raw materials is random.

4. Video: Elementary
The selection of elementals is random. Not included as a reward is elemental iron.

It can take up to 15 minutes to get a reward. We will then send you a message in the game as soon as a reward has been credited.

That's seems like a cool feature. But when will it work? I've been trying to watch those videos on the German server and it always says that it's unavailable. I have adblock, but it's deactivated on each of the servers.

I managed to get to see 2 videos but the Buzzworthy one does not work

I have the same on french server.

I haven't access to videos.
But other people in guild can.

Again a new bug ?

Didn't have a chance to see any of those videos. I wonder if some people have those video rewards daily? That would give an unfair advantage to such players. It's not that I don't want to watch those videos, it's just that I don't even have them available.

The same as Zarathos for many of us on French server... Firefox, Chrome, without ad-blocker or ghostery... "currently not available". Any explanation please ?

we also don't like how the rewarded videos work at the moment. This is not a bug but the video provider has too little videos. Because of that we are already negotiating with other video providers to find a propper solution.

We give you feedback here in this thread as soon as we have any news for you!

After the rewarded videos update it still doesn't work for me. The window for video opens but no video appears and it seems that the page tries to load different video sources. After that I receive the 'Oops!' page stating that there was a mistake. A progress from what was before but it still doesn't work properly.

EDIT: AdBlocker disabled, tried in different browsers, including Edge (never had an AdBlocker installed there).

Managed to see some videos for the first time, thanks! I guess the issues are connected to the location.
