Any information about why that decision was made? And how will it affect moonid users? Because previously it was really beneficial to use moonid currency to buy souls during season holidays. I'm usually buying souls once per quarter of a year anyways... Will I receive less as the end-result? Or there are seasonal sales with this payment system as well?

this is a very strange action. I use the same tactics as Zarathos...
DOE often offers a "50% more" on souls. ANd MoonId also offers a "50% more mooncoins" deal - NOt sure I really like this new option....

I wonder if MoonId is about to drop us.

we had no other choice in our situation because we didn't receive any payments and messages from MoonID since roundabout half a year. We are very sorry but this was our only possibility.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with MoonID, Uiqua. I hope it gets fixed soon, as in you finally manage to get what is rightfully yours.
I used the same tactics as Zarathos and GENDY did. I just hope it gets fixed and no further drastic measures will be taken by MoonID, like going out of business and we lose our accounts with it.

we don't know if you are still able to login via MoonID in the future because we don't get any response from them since nearly one year. But if the day will come where you aren't able anymore to login via MoonID we will find a solution that you still can go on playing Days of Evil.

But we will do it now like this. Beneath you see the old MoonID payment links. There you can change your MoonCoins to souls like before. Those files we will leave on our servers until our own special soul offer is finished (up to and including March, 3rd 2017). After that point we will delete those files. But like this you are able to change your MoonCoins into souls and you aren't left with them.

Thank you for informing us, Uiqua. Of course I hope that moonid will get its shizz together, but I will be investing in DoE anyways. I just might have to switch to paying once in half a year and get less anyways. But I guess I'll have to take it, I just love DoE too much.
And thank you for informing us about this trouble, I would've spent money on useless moonid coins during the seasonal sales if it weren't for this notification. It's a correct decision to break the partnership with them if they don't respect their obligations.

But I share the concerns about the account loss: are we at risk now? If something happens to moonid, will we get a switch or we risk losing our accounts?

EDIT: We got the answer partially but I personally still have concerns regarding my account. I've invested much into the game both financially and emotionally.

I too worry that Moon-ID will cease DOE....

Is there the possibility that DOE can replicate our accounts and we could then just log in via DOE?


I too have spent many years here and enjoy the game and would hate to lose it all.

Please understand that we can't give you more information at the moment then saying that if in the case that MoonID will shut down we - Media2Art and you players - will find a solution that you can still play on with your accounts.
