Quest 4: Reach 50,000 honor through the arena
Does the counter start from 0 or does it take into account the already existing honor points?

the honor point, you have already reached in the game count to that 50,000 honor. So if you did a lot of PvP fights before chapter 3 started this quest is an easy one for you
