Ok,

So at level 10 we are supposed to be able to buy and sell more stuff on the troll market.
My question for the veteran players today is has anyone tracked all of the goods that you can buy and sell
on the troll market once you reach level 10?
I am currently level 9 1/2 and anxiously awaiting more profit.

There are currently 12 possible different items that I can sell on the Troll Market. Out of these 12, 4 are always the same (stone, wood, water and fish). The other 8 are changing daily.
I do not remember how many items were listed on the Troll Market before level 10, though.

The 8 changing items for today are:

Wheat
Copper
Longshield
Iron Hammer
Herb
Grapes
Wooden Shield
Rage Potion

Well ok then. I am now over level 10.
For those of you thinking ahead that are under level 10 the items you can sell on the troll market are
Iron Hammer, Rusty Knightshelm, Steer, Herb, Rage Potion, Stoneskin Potion, Fuel, Ore, Fish, Wood, Stones, Water,
Crab, Staff Wise, Healing Potion, Grapes, Two-Handed Axe, Leather, Wheat, Reinforced Wooden Shield, Serrated Dirk, Bronze, Steel, Long shield, Wooden Shield, Sceptor of Archmage, Copper, Goat, Ebony Bow, Blessed Cobalt Shield, Novice Rod, Rusty Sword.

No, the answer is no, I am not going to tell you how much you can sell them for until you reach level 10 as well.
