And of course, you realize, it will take 4 weeks for anyone to answer, because it appears no one cares about us any more.

( BUT it's not as bad as their Slayer of SOuls game, which has no-one ever looking at the board)

It happened once before, and I was told it was a bug..........

Yes it is a bug. Will get sorted out very soon.
