As per subject, cannot reach English and French server, shows the following error: Unhandled Exception
An unhandled exception was thrown by the application.

Started at around midnight server-time. Trying to log in using moonid.net. Could anyone confirm that's the servers are down? Could be a moonid problem, although I doubt it.

I can't login through the moonid now.
Because the moonid seems to down anytime, may I get a direct link way?
For example, can I use the same ID with the same password (in this forum) through the direct link?

But I thinkg it was set up that way....

I am going to be really pissed if I lose the 1968 logins....

But we knew it was coming. AND we were TOLD that it would be "OK" and that we would not lose out.

It seems to be a MoonID problem related to the EN server (the DE ones work). The EN server is working.

Okay, I see. No chance of getting help now, I suppose. Hopefully Uiqua will be on on Monday.

If the moonid is out or unstable, can Unique creates new accounts (can be directly login without the moonid portal) for moonid players? In bigpoint issue, Unique said no. But it seems to be the better way to keep players. For example, Unique can create a new account such as dismocatt for me, this account may remain all gold, souls, armies, equipment and inventory goods. After I play with the dismocatt (directly login), the moonID dismocat can be deleted. The new Account and password can be sent through the private message in this forum. Because moonID seems to fail quickly (my Knighfight UK server often quits now), I suggest to change moonid players for directly login DOE.

Uiqua can turn your account into a directly accessible account. (so you don't lose your stuff, no worries there)
He has done it for the players login in via looki.
But I dont know if he will change the account if moonID is still servicing DoE.
When I requested the change, I couldnt find any login via looki to DoE, so maybe moonID needs to stop "servicing" DoE, before he changes anything.
All you can do is ask him.

Same problem here Missing out on event to and weekly quest

Wrote to Uiqua asking whether it's possible to migrate the accounts from moonid to original DoE domain. Hopefully he reads the English forum and PMs but it would be great if any of the moderators could notify him that moonid is dying and many players are pretty much effed.
