I,m getting realy tired of this bs...

Still cant log in (just tryed, moonid login).
Lost login strike again.. and they think i will pay 15 soul again to restore it, even thou its game dev/support messup.
Lost days of ticket event.

Quite likely I will just give up on DoE, this game has horrible support :/

They dont even apologise for thse f... ups :evil:

Im getting the same thing. I haven't been able to log in for a week.
Finaly was able to get here from the main DOE page.
This sucks....Again!

Yes, I use MoonID. Just tried to log in again and still getting the unhandled exception error.

ok. SO here is what you do - It seems to have workd for most of us.

Hopefully Uiqua is still fulfilling requests.

From the email account which your MoonId account is in.

INclude - GAME Name on the server ( Obviously Coldfinger)

Also a Password. IN theory you will get an email back with instructions on how to log in.

I sent this off, and though I never got an email back, I could not get in to MOonId - and tried coming through the Regular English DOE login page and it worked.

Write to Uiqua and also try th ereg login.

Just drop an email to the above mentioned email address. Please include:

DoE account name: Coldfinger
Server (e.g. English server)
MoonID link: https://moonid.net/api/account/connect/xxx/

You should receive an email with your log in details: Coldfinger and automatically generated password which you can change later on after log-in.
