tHIS HAS been an issue for at least two years.

WE were, as I said, promised that if/when MoonId crapped out, out accounts could be migrated without penalty.

Agreed on all points. The thing that troubles me the most right now is Uiqua's reaction time. That's why it would be great if some moderator notified Uiqua, he's not well-known for visitin the English forum often.

that does seem to be a problem on the English server.

No need to be desperate, I think. From what I know, some people had their accounts migrated from moonid to regular DoE account. I'm mostly worried about WHEN, not IF.

If it;s not fixed before server reset today, I owuld hate to lose those.

Not to mention, not being able to play DOE - losing the new game, general building, and the Daily/Weekly quests.

You'll be able to restore your daily count by paying 10 souls (if you have those on your account), so don't worry too much about that as well. When the French server was off for more than 2 days (IIRC), I simply logged in again, paid the requested 10 souls and my rotation got restored. Still, this is a nasty situation and can't wait for Uiqua to respond.

I can do that. The soul payment is not an issue.

I can't get in through MoonID.
This sucks

There is nothing Uiqua can do unless MoonID goes belly-up. He got all notifications he could get on this "unhandled exception error" but I suspect it is a MoonID issue rather than DoE.
Let's hope this gets fixed soon by someone from MoonID but I wouldn't hold my breath given it is the week-end.
