Hail!

I too have several "broken" items!
We all can choose to be or not to be, never to know if being is.

Grreetings My Lords!

My Lord Fikk! Hail!

With regards to the unlabelled "broken" units, I may have a workable solution. My thanks to Lord Zarathos for his input and inspiration.

Try the following.
If you know which item it is( ie Sissel's Hope etc)I suggest you create one in your armorsmith. The key seems to be that there must be an "unbroken" item in your inventory. If you cannot determine the unit I suggest you put it on the market, as I did, this will identify it and once you have a good unit in your inventory purchase the "broken" unit and it should then revert to a "unbroken" unit. I have done this several times now with success each time. Another option might be to sell the unit to a guild member and then have them send contracts. I assume in this case that both players need "unbroken" units in hand.

I hope this helps!

I gave this solution but it seems that it does not work on your server.
Or they could not do it.

Hello everyone,

sorry for this bug! We will check this and give you feedback asap. But it can take a few days because this is our first day back in the office.

Best,

I can see only the Nisfit's riveted plate helmets I produced. The ones found during dungeons are shown as broken icons.
Basically all items with apostrophe produced are shown correctly and the same items found as loot or purchased from the market are shown as broken icons.

Cheers,
