When I advanced to Level 12 I got the notification for the level up reward (75k gold, 10 Imps) but have not received it yet. I had 67 Imps & 86k gold before the new level. The 'Thunderdome' option does show up for me now. It has been about 24 hours since the level up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like Uiqua has to look into the problem.

Otherwise I'd have told you that it takes time with transactions every now and then, but you already have waited for 24 hours. SO we can rule a delay out.

If it was no technical problem of the game itself, but situated at your own computer, I'd advise you to clean your cache, restart your browser or use a different browser.

I have logged in with different a different browser & different devices and it did not resolve it.

I too have noticed an issue with level up rewards. I seem to have missed out on the gold portion of it for the last two levels. I wasn't sure for level 19 but watched carefully as I approached level 20 and when I crossed the threshold I received notification but saw no increase in my Gold revenues. I remained at a balance of 232,629.97, I refreshed the page and checked my inventory for the Aquatun which I have received. How do I notify those who should know, please?
