When I logged in this morning, my points (XP) had been reset to 39,000 and I was level 5. Yesterday, I had been rank 40 with over 16 million points and level 16. I see no other changes to my account - production is good, inventory is good, just the XP is wrong. Can this be reset? Thank you.

*blinks* Wow. I wondered how I managed to gain a rank today. Now I know. I know I teased you when you passed me in the rankings, but I didn't have a thing to do with this. Hope you get your points back soon, Valken.

I do show in my records that Valken had, on the 9th of February, 2014 had:
39 Valken (WAT) 16,555,787 16
