Good day,

I'm having trouble with my personal profile picture (avatar). First it worked fine.
Then i uploaded a personal one on the German server, which i had to do like 10 times before it worked, but it's fine now. Then i noticed that the little avatar in the top right of the screen changes to personal too.
That didn't happen on this server, the small picture remained one of the pre-made avatars. So i was curious, and re-uploaded my avatar here. This time the small top right picture changes, but my profile pic shows nothing now.
Could you help me?

I thought we could not have an avatar we upload anymore.

The game trashed mine and I had to pick one of the in game ones.

I am level 15 and I can not upload an Avatar I choose in the game.

New Feature: Avatars

Hello everyone!

To ease up the waiting during the guild update, we added a little feature inside Days of Evil:

From now on everyone has access to ten different avatars. To choose one, simply click on the upper right side of the picture or just visit the settings in your fortress.

But that's not all! There are more avatars into the game - 2 of them that you can find as a random-drop on your raids, and 3 other avatars that you can win at the Maritimers' game. In the shop you’ll also find 5 more avatars.

For those players which still want to use their custom avatars, we also included the possibility to upload them for those level 15 and above and owner of a premium account.

The avatars have absolutely no influence on your ingame stats – they’re only visual

Do you have a premium account? You must have a Premium Account _AND_ be at level 15....

But Dianna has a personal avatar a while already right?

You have to pay in real money to have an avatar you upload in the game.

I am removing my avatar here.

I think I will quit coming to the forum for a while.

I have loaded an Avatar here, although I can't have one in the game.

It is a pirate's life for me.

I can understand putting myself first.

He who falls behind is lost.

All for one and one for all is for non-pirates.

My personal avatar is not working. I have a premium account and i am over lvl15. There are more players with this problem. Could you please look into this? Or are you too busy with Bigpoint and the German update at the moment?
