it will definitely be possible for you BigPoint players to play again!

We wrote to several BigPoint staff members but no answer yet. This is the first time I ever experienced something like that.

So I can only say that we need a little bit more patience. I am sorry to say that.

Greetings,

Uiqua

Uiqua , please don't get in any hurry to get the guys from Bigpoint back in the Game.

While they have not been able to log on I have moved up to Number 20 in Overall Rankings and 13 in Battle Rankings.

12 D11M (WAT) 42.910 15.813.185 16
13 DemiFan (Hell) 37.126 20.652.143 16

I am only 5,786 points behind D11M in points in Battle Rankings.

I just wanted you guys who can't log in to know how good I am doing.

Just kidding, Uiqua.

I really want you guys back on, it is too quiet in the game.

Most of the guys I talk with in the game seem to be from Bigpoint.

Sure, you be patient. It's your choice how to treat such approach from your business partner. But I would like to have my money back, as I'm 100% sure that I don't share that choice with you. You promised refunds after contacting YOUR headquarters, do they ignore you too?

I would appreciate refunding my expenses, as paid services are not provided. Than, after eventually fixing issue you can contact me. Than I will decide if I would like to pay you back for playing, or not.

Antyhiggs

Ps. for few buck extra I can send you some materials describing why successful companies always value customers over agreements/conditions/excuses.

Since BP has essentially and effectively removed us as their customers, we are free agents and can contract with Bitcomposer/DoE directly now. I can not understand why Bitcomposer/DoE would think that BP has any current claim over those that are affected by this bug. I think the next step is to have your lawyers issue BP a 48 hour notice to fix the bug or release/hold harmless Bitcomposer/DoE (by default if they do not return the notice). Please accept the reality that BP is not going to fix the bug - Bitcomposer/DoE will need to establish duplicate accounts.

Yeah, right

Those are long negotiations... almost as if would be Microsoft negotiating Nokia's buyout

Bravo! "else we do act" - such bravery!

- Yeah! last chance was proposed. Humanitary approach

One mail to publisher and I can get my money back, nice!

6 people which have to take last chance? Huh?

Uiqua,
after reading all those quottes, do you really expect us to be patient? Please, don't. Just give us deadline when DoE will either fix issue (with BigPoint or not, whatever) or refund all expenses.
Thank you!

Wow. Poor Uiqua.
I still trust in Bitcomposer's goodwill, but to an "outsider" or new player this looks like a second Bigpoint. Not good. Especially since there are people that paid money for non-delivered services are involved. A deadline for refunds sounds more than reasonable.

Please note that it was not intended to be personal. But it is not easy to call those quottes reliable if statements are not coresponding with each other. That is why I'm not asking for sympathy but for deadline. Not to mention that there were already some deadlines posted... :?
